AFter much discussion and witnessing very disturbing actions on the part of Warren Jolly and Lou Fabiano a concerned group of affiliates have unanimously declared CAP as Rogue. The reasons are many and include operating a rogue poker room, fraudulent certification of casino and poker programs, and invasion of privacy.
The largest fly in the CAP oitment is their ownership of Effective Media and its involvement with CardSpike.com, a rogued poker room. CardSpike affiliates were not paid for months, and even after EM claimed they had paid everybody in full, they were not.
Warren and Lou have engaged in lying and misleading the public, but the truth was revealed in videos produced by the APCW, and supported by the GPWA.
It shouldn't be news to anybody in the online gambling industry, but Casino Affiliate Programs charge Casino Affiliate Programs huge amounts of money for Cap Certification. On their site at affiliatemedia.com, they claim the CAP Certification is held in the highest regard among industry experts, as shown in this screenshot taken from their site at affiliatemedia.com:

This certification is fraudulent. There is no formal certification process, it is merely a sponsorship. When asked what exactly was involved with CAP certification, a respected and well known affiliate manager, Pierrick Legeque, replied:
We became certified the day our forum sponsorship payment hit CAP's bank account. As an Affiliate Manager on CAP since 2004, I've always seen their 'certification' as an ill-named advertising fee, but 1/ stating publicly there is an actual certification process in place and 2/ calling it 'rigorous' or 'distinguished' is quite misleading to say the least.

Not only were they (Warren Jolly and Lou Fabiano) directly involved with a rogue poker room, they have been known to actually go into banned members and either post as that member or edit posts members made. Screenshots at Poker Affiliate Bible
A great many of us involved in this industry would like to work in an ethical and moral environment. Up until now this has been nearly impossible, as one of the most influential organization; one with the farthest reach, has managed to call the shots and bully affiliate and affiliate manager alike.
